Senior Managers in Law Finance Policy - AI Impact on Junior Training

~ Hello network! I'm working on an article about how AI is compressing the junior professional development pipeline. Not replacing whole roles, but hoovering up the “grunt work” that used to be how new lawyers/analysts/policy people, etc., actually learned the craft.
