I'll go first: I once presented a full financial model to a board with my slides on the wrong quarter. Twenty minutes, straight through, complete confidence. Nobody said a word until Q&A, when someone asked why Q3 revenue appeared to have time traveled. Rapid unscheduled disassembly of my credibility.
