Tasmanian Pub Regulars - Old-Fashioned Pubs With Fires & Meat Raffles

Best Tasmanian pubs I'm looking for suggestions for the best pubs around Tasmania. Not bars, but more old fashioned pubs - ones that have a fire going in winter, well known regulars who sit at the corner table and put the world to rights, meat tray raffles... that kind of place. It's research for an article I'm writing, but I won't quote anyone without getting in touch and asking - I'm just at the note taking/brainstorming/idea gathering stage at the moment.
