People do. We can have the best technology, the most sophisticated platform and the most technically sound solution. But if people aren't aligned, engaged and ready to adopt the change, transformation becomes much harder. In this first video, I share why I believe people readiness should come before technology selection. Because transformation doesn't begin with: "Which technology should we implement?" It begins with: "Are our people ready to transform?"
