Teens 13-17 in Canada - How They Bypass Social Media Bans

How are kids getting around the social media bans? Hi everyone! I'm a Canadian-based journalist looking into social media bans for a piece as more countries (including Canada) start to announce social media bans of their own. Obviously we've all heard about how majority of minors are finding ways to workaround the social media ban in Australia, and I was wondering how they're doing it/what the age verification methods being used by platforms are?
