Therapists & Psychologists - AI Therapy Role Vs Risk

Theapists and psychologists in my network - can you provide some expertise for an article I'm writing? I'll be upfront, it probably won't make you famous. I'm just keen to explore the trend of people using AI for therapy. I have several contacts doing this, and it concerns me, but I'd like to hear from the experts before drawing any conclusions. Over the next week, I'll be writing an article on this, and I'd love to hear the take from therapists and psychologists on whether AI does have a role to play here, or whether it's a dangerous trend that is preventing people from getting real help.
