There's a good chance your website still says "I accept most insurance" in the footer.
Even though you depaneled. Possibly a while ago!
I've been designing websites for therapists for years, and this is one of the most common things I find — not because anyone was careless, but because the site got built once, in a hurry, between sessions, and then life happened.
I know that one well. Life happened over here too these past couple of years, and I did what I suspect a lot of you would do: I kept the client work going and let everything else wait. The posting, the newsletter, my own channel — all quiet. Things are in a much better place now, and I've genuinely missed this part.
So I'm starting back with one of the things I really enjoy: I'm bringing back my website review series, and I'm looking for one volunteer.
Ideally, you've moved to private pay, or you're about to, and your site hasn't quite caught up.
I'll record a full review — what's already working, what might be quietly costing you inquiries, and what I'd change first — and publish it on YouTube.
You don't need to be on camera or hop on a call. Send me a link and go back to your day.
It's free, it's public, and you'll see it before it goes live. If it doesn't feel right to you, I don't publish it. Easy.
And to say it plainly, because I think it stops people from raising their hand: I'm not looking for a bad website. I'm looking for a real one, built by a thoughtful clinician who was never taught a thing about marketing and did her best with the time she had. Saying that out loud is honestly half the reason I want to make this.
Interested? Comment or send me a message — I'd love to hear from you.
