Toronto Outdoor Workers - Required to Work Today & Mask Provision

Toronto outdoor workers: are you still being asked to work today? Hi everyone, this is Estella with the Toronto Star. I'm working on a story about whether Toronto outdoor workers are still required to work today and, if so, whether they are being provided with masks. Toronto is currently ranked second for most polluted air in the world on IQAir. Environment Canada urges people to limit time spent outdoors, or use a “well-constructed” respirator mask if outside.
