Toronto Residents for Star Trick or Treating Neighbourhoods Survey

If you had to pick the best neighbourhood for trick or treating in your town, what would you consider? Hi everyone. I live in Toronto and work at the Star. I'm working on a story about the best neighbourhoods in the city for trick or treating - and would love your feedback. Here's some of the aspects I'm considering: Overall haul/quality of candy, pedestrian safety, density of homes/efficiency of route, halloween atmosphere. Anything else you'd add/consider? Thanks.
