UK/Aus/US Production Roasters - Heatwave Roasting & Wildfire Smoke

Source request! I'm working on an article for my newsletter The Pourover about the challenges of roasting coffee in a heatwave, especially when, in the US, UK, Australia (and Canada?) anyway, there are no country-wide legal workplace temperature limits. I'd love to hear from UK-, Aus- or US-based production roasters about your experiences - can be anonymous. Also Midwest/NE/Canada-based roasters, this plus wildfire smoke.
