UK Men & Mid-Career Professionals - Decline Of Returnships

Experience with returnships? Hiya, I am a journalist working for a national newspaper and we are working on an article on the decline of “returnships” in the UK. Returnships saw a post-pandemic boom but data shows that they are being scaled back, as the labour market cools. I am looking to speak to people who have had any experience of applying to returnships - either if you have been successful and undertaken a returnship or have struggled in doing so. I am extra keen to speak to men who have had experience in applying to returnships as well as mid-career professionals who felt constrained by the caring aspect of the suitability criteria which often comes with returnships.
