UK Tenants With No-WFH & No-Weekend Rules - Paying £1,000 Per Month

Ridiculous rent cost for no-wfh no-weekends Hi all. I’ve recently been searching for places to live after a breakup/section 21 is forcing me to move out next month (I’m also a journalist who riled landlords up after writing about my experience, lol). I’ve been seeing something crop up more-and-more, and I want to see if there’s any scope to write about it and expose the landlords doing this: A load of listings I’ve spotted on Facebook/SpareRoom have included rooms for £1,000 a month, usually with one other housemate (a live-in landlord) and have specified they don’t want someone who works from home, or someone who wants to stay on weekends. Essentially, you’re paying a LOT of money for a bed and these people do \not\ want you getting under their feet. I’ve attached a pic of one I spotted this morning for reference. I was wondering if anyone has lived in a situation like this in the last 2/3 years, and what it was like? Would you be up for speaking to me about it for a piece? Your experience doesn’t have to be negative, obviously. TIA!
