UK Wealth Planners & Investors - Tax-Efficient Investing Strategies

How to invest tax-free... I'm currently working on an article about how to invest tax-efficiently. Here's what I currently do and the tips I'd consider: - Invest mostly through a pension for the tax relief. The standard allowance is up to £60,000 a year (but high earners and some others have a reduced allowance). - Alongside this, invest through a stocks and shares ISA (up to £20,000 a year). You can access it at any age, unlike a pension, but contributions come from post-tax income. - Top up a spouse / partner's pension or ISA to maximise the allowances further. - Consider a junior ISA / junior SIPP for additional allowances, if you have children. But the money belongs to them so you can't reclaim it. - If you come into a large lump sum that you're investing, consider selling some of the investments each tax year to take advantage of the £3,000 capital gains allowance and move them into an ISA. What else am I missing? Wealth planners / investors please share your thoughts as I'm looking for people I can quote. #journorequest#PersonalFinance #Investing #TaxPlanning
