Users of Epigenetic Biological Clocks - N-of-1 Trials
Have you experimented with epigenetic/biological clocks (like TruDiagnostic, myDNAge or Tally Health)? Journalist looking to chat.
Hey everyone! I’m a journalist at The New York Times working on a story about how people are using epigenetic/biological clocks to try to slow down their biological aging. (My body of work is linked below.)
I’m interested in all kinds of experiences, so feel free to reach out. I’d especially love to hear from people who are using these tests or others to conduct "N of one" trials on themselves—testing their biological age, trying an intervention, and then testing themselves again. I’m also curious about people who have gotten different results from different products. And if you're only at the start of your journey and you're willing to be shadowed as you go along, even better!
If you're open to a brief chat about your experience, please drop a comment below or send me a DM. You can also email me (if you want to independently verify my identity) [email redacted]. Thanks so much!
