Vegans Avoiding AI Use - AI vs Animal Industry Emissions

Vegan because of AI? Hey! I'm a journalism student in NYC and I'm writing a story about AI's negative environmental impacts when compared to the animal industry's negative impacts. Bascally, I was wondering if anyone (which I imagine is probably someone on here) went vegan and abstains from AI use to help offset environmental damage. Basically, I'm trying to write a piece that compares these two things that negatively impact the environment: AI usage and the animal industry. If you're interested in chatting lmk! :)
