WA Guardianship Lawyers - SAT Costs Applications Frequency & Outcomes

I'm working on an article about costs applications in guardianship and administration matters at SAT. Given many decisions aren't reported, I would be interested to hear from anyone with anecdotal feedback of whether (a) you think applications are more common than before (either under s 16(4) of the GA Act, or s 87 of the SAT Act) and (b) what outcomes you are seeing when they are sought.
