Seeking the "Invisible" Powerhouses: 50 Over 50 The narrative around women’s careers often stalls at 50, but in reality, many women are just entering their most high-impact decade. I am launching an article series profiling50 women over the age of 50who are redefining leadership and professional excellence. I’m looking for "everyday" powerhouses - the women who aren't on the cover of magazines, but are the ones actually moving the needle in their industries.
