Women in Living Sector - WIL100 Nominations Open

Five years ago I hosted my first senior women in housing leadership dinner in the North West. Fast forward to now and we have three very active groups including the South East and Midlands too. And last week we brought 800+ people together to celebrate the 11th edition of the women in housing awards. So when people suggested I do something for the wider living sector it felt right. As media we have a responsibility to support our sector, and I was overjoyed when the other amazing women we reached out to, all already championing others in their field, immediately came on board. And in less than three weeks we have launched Women in Living100. Nominations are now open for the Women in Living 100 (WIL100). Much more than a list, WIL100 aims to raise visibility, create opportunity and amplify the voices of the women shaping the future of the living sector. Entries are welcomed from across build-to-rent, student accommodation, later living and affordable housing. Nominated individuals could be working at any level in a living sector-related role, including (but not limited to) investment, development, operations, sustainability, advisory, research and policy.y More than a list, WIL100 will shine a spotlight on the people making a meaningful impact across the sector while creating a platform for connection, collaboration and opportunity. Nominations are now open! Whether you’re a rising star, an established leader or someone making a difference behind the scenes, we want to hear your story. You can nominate yourself or a colleague.
