Women Who Rushed to Have Kids - Decisions Driven by Fertility Fear

Reporter looking for mom stories Hi! My name is Ashley, and I'm a freelance journalist working on a piece for Bustle.com. I'm looking for stories of women who are rushing/have rushed to have kids or make drastic life choices because the culture (or their doctor) tells them that they're running out of time to have kids. We're trying to show how the burden of fertility sometimes forces women to make big life decisions out of fear of not being able to have kids. (The kind of stories you'd tell friends when the subject comes up at dinner.) For example: -A mom with PCOS whose doctor told her it would take years to get pregnant, but she was pregnant within the first couple of months (and sometimes wishes she had had more child-free time). -Someone who stayed in a questionable relationship because the fear of starting over and risking their fertility was too scary. -Someone who had a baby before she was financially ready, thinking that if she waited until she was further in her career, she'd run out of time. -Someone who broke up with a wonderful partner because they weren't ready to have kids or didn't know if they wanted kids. She assumed she'd meet the right person in time to have biological kids, and then later regretted her choice because it didn't pan out. Maybe her ex wound up having kids with someone else.
