Workers in Ireland - Working Hard vs Workaholism

We're two hours into the Monday to Friday 9 to 5 working week and I'm still looking for someone in Ireland who would be willing to speak to me about their personal experience of working hard tipping into overwork. One of my upcoming Irish Examiner articles is going to look at the difference between working hard and being a workaholic. It can be tricky to walk the tightrope between the two, especially in a time when we're constantly being barraged with talk of optimisation, peak performance and productivity and often incentivised to give our all at work with praise and promotions and pay rises.
